Summary: Kris Motschenbacher, managing partner of the Pasadena office, also oversees the firm’s Military Law and Veteran’s Affairs Division. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Motschenbacher was practice area leader for a large multi-state law firm, managing their Military and Veterans Law group. While there he also practiced workers’ compensation defense and labor and related employment discrimination litigation at all venues across Southern California. He defended Labor Code Section 132(a) discrimination claims, Serious and Willful misconduct cases as well as high profile union cases.
